Jamarr Brown – President

Jamarr Brown (he/him) has over a decade of experience working as a campaign strategist, leadership trainer, and nonprofit leader. Now, he is making history as the first-ever Black executive director of the Texas Democratic Party. Prior to this role, Jamarr served as the Director of Civic Engagement Programs at re:power, stewarding partnerships with progressive civic engagement and labor groups and overseeing a portfolio of programs to train and support organizers, campaign managers and staff, and candidates.

Molly Quinn, Board Treasurer

Molly Quinn – Treasurer

Molly Rose Quinn (she/her) has served since 2019 as the Executive Director of OUTMemphis, the LGBTQ+ Center for the Mid-South, including Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi, where she is the first woman-identified leader in the organization’s 33-year history. Before coming to OUTMemphis, Molly lived in New York City working in nonprofits in the arts, literary, and cultural sectors, including performing arts centers and organization’s devoted to homelessness and HIV/AIDS. She was a 2019 Young Cultural Innovators fellow with the Salzburg Global Seminar. She is a passionate advocate for the intersections of LGBTQ+ individuals and housing, public health, and poverty.

Bridget Bohannon

Bridget Bohannon, MPH – Clerk

Bridget is a community organizer, health justice advocate, and program director. She is passionate about abortion access and more broadly health justice for populations and communities excluded from and/or actively harmed by the health care system. Bridget received her BA in Sociology from Villanova University and her Master’s in Public Health, focusing on policy and administration, from UCLA.

Sarah Dietrich, MSN, PMHNP-BC – Director

Sarah Dietrich (she/her) is a board certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, trained to provide mental health services to patients in a variety of settings. She currently works at an outpatient community mental health center in an underserved, rural area of Tennessee, and at a local inpatient psychiatric hospital in Memphis.

Dione Friends

Dione Friends – Director

Dione Friends is the Campaign Director at a project of The New Venture Fund. Dione previously worked for Equality Federation as Director of Communications where she oversaw the Equality Federation’s branding and messaging.

Amanda Oppenheimer

Amanda Oppenheimer – Director

Amanda Oppenheimer (she/her) is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York since 2010, and currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of the Tisch Multiple Sclerosis Research Center of New York.

Cheryl Prelow

Cheryl Prelow – Director

Cheryl Prelow (she/her) offers more than 25 years of extraordinary success in a series of high level roles at top tier companies that include Prism Health North Texas, Dallas County Medical Society, Texas Health Resources, Health Midwest Medical Group, Samuel U. Rodgers Community Health Center, Detroit Medical Center, and Truman Medical Center. Currently, Cheryl is providing strategic and operational consulting services for local nonprofits that address the determinants of health by focusing on social justice and race equity issues.

Adrienne Weil

As Senior Vice President, Member Engagement & Services at American Hotel & Lodging Association, Adrienne Weil (she/her) is responsible for hotelier membership and revenue growth.
