
Isela Arras (she/her) is the Chief Operating Officer at the Kentucky Coalition Against Domestic Violence (KCADV). Isela oversees the Data Quality, Housing, AmeriCorps, Certification, Meaningful Access, and Substance Use Disorder projects that exist to support the Coalition’s 15 member programs and the survivors who seek their services. Since joining KCADV in 2002, she has served as liaison and resource to KCADV’s member programs that work with immigrant and refugee women and their children in order to increase accessibility to domestic violence services to immigrant communities. Increasing overall accessibility to domestic violence services by underserved communities and culturally-specific groups is a key priority in her position. Isela has a dog and cat and is an avid reader.
