Meet the Providers

Description

This interactive workshop features video interviews with abortion providers about why they went into the field, how stigma impacts their lives, the safety of abortion, and what patients can expect when accessing abortion care. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss the interviews with their peers and Provide’s expert training facilitators, and learn how they can become better connectors to abortion providers in their own communities.

  • Nurses
  • Social workers
  • Case workers

  • Peer support specialists

“If you haven’t been to an abortion center, you have this image of how it works, so I think it was very informative and it really gave us a different light about how it really works. So now we are more ready and informed to share this information in a productive way to the clients.”
