Dannielle (Dannie) Shaw (she/her) ensures that internal infrastructure, systems, and processes are effective and in alignment with Provide’s core values.

Dannielle’s passion for improving the lives of women and children began with a stint in Peace Corps Morocco, where she served as a Maternal and Child Health volunteer. Stateside, Dannielle continued her career as a policy advocate at the Chicago-based Women Employed, an organization devoted to economic equity for women. Most recently as a policy and programs consultant, Dannielle has lent her skills to other Chicagoland organizations that are working towards more just and equitable educational and health outcomes for at-risk families. Dannielle graduated with a B.A. in Organizational Studies and earned a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School as an Advanced Opportunity Fellow. She loves animals and meditation, and is ardently devoted to exploring the impact of public policy on the full and unencumbered participation of women in our society.
