Ann Dills (she/her) leads the development and implementation of strategies that build provider and site capacity to compassionately and proactively respond to their clients’ needs around abortion and other stigmatized services.
Ann brings over 20 years of experience in public health to her role as Provide’s Technical Assistance Manager. She began her career in Kentucky coordinating a comprehensive youth HIV prevention and peer leadership program and providing HIV prevention and education for college LGBT programs. She then moved on to provide navigation and medical case management for People Living With HIV (PLWH), and coordinated a program focusing on PLWH with substance use disorders. In 2007, Ann began working at the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) with the HIV/STD Program as an HIV Case Management Training Specialist and developed the first Texas HIV Case Management training program. More recently, Ann worked as a Systems Consultant at the Texas DSHS, with a focus on working with communities to create status neutral pathways for PLWH and those vulnerable to HIV, with a focus on eradicating health disparities.
