Engaging the whole team to provide comprehensive, compassionate, and stigma-free care for people experiencing unintended pregnancy

Because comprehensive skills and information about abortion care are often left out of pregnancy-related training for many professionals, Provide steps in to fill this gap with trainings, tools, and resources to equip workers for these nuanced discussions with clients and patients.

Beyond the basics of providing high-quality pregnancy options counseling, our training gives providers the best language, practices, and tools to counsel clients considering abortion, and offers insight into managing these conversations, including the conflict that providers face when personal values conflict with professional ethics.

Trainings are appropriate for health administration (management and non-management), social workers, counselors, case workers, client educators and advocates, physicians, advanced practice clinicians, registered nurses, medical assistants, office/clinic staff, and other frontline workers who provide care for people of reproductive age.

Due to COVID-19 precautions, we have limited availability for in-person trainings. We now offer a virtual version of our standard training curriculum.

Our training model rests on the knowledge that it takes a team of dedicated, informed professional staff to care for patients and clients. Our approach is efficient and flexible, with tailored options that work for your team. Our program is well-received, and over 95% of participants report being “very satisfied” with all aspects of the training.

Together, with your expertise in the care and well-being of your clients, we can help you:
